Terms & refunds

SyncX provides tournament organisation, registration, and room credential distribution for competitive esports titles. By registering you agree to follow the official match rules and admin decisions.

Entry fees paid by UPI are verified manually by tournament admins. Make sure your transaction reference and screenshot are readable. If a match is cancelled by an admin, entry fees are refunded by UPI within 24 hours.

We store your Discord ID, email, in-game name, and character ID for match coordination, slot assignment, and anti-cheat checks only. We do not share your personal data with third parties.

Players can request a self-service ticket refund before match room launching directly from their Ticket view. A 25% administrative cancellation fee is deducted from the entry fee, and the net 75% refund is credited back to your account/UPI. Submitting a refund request revokes your team's slot registration immediately.
