Terms & Conditions

SyncX provides online competitive esports services, currently for BGMI, Valorant, and Free Fire. Participation and event outcomes are based on gameplay skill and competitive performance. Services include:

• Esports tournaments.
• Paid scrims.
• Competitive matchmaking and slotting.
• Tournament administration.
• Prize distribution.

Participants must be 16 years of age or older. Entry-fee payments must be made by an adult aged 18 or above. Participants must provide accurate registration and account information. SyncX may refuse participation where eligibility requirements are not met.

Registration is available according to the registration period and slot availability shown for the individual tournament. Registration closes when either all available slots are filled or the advertised registration period ends, whichever occurs first. Once all slots are filled, additional registrations will not be accepted.

Paid scrims use a slotting and matchmaking process rather than the tournament registration system. Scrim availability, slotting, matchmaking, timing, and other conditions may vary by scrim.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Discord username/ID.
• In-game name (IGN).
• Game UID/Player ID.
• Payout information, where applicable.

Participants may request correction of personal or game information through a SyncX Discord support ticket before matchmaking is completed. A tournament or scrim slot may be transferred to another participant only with SyncX approval and before matchmaking is completed. Once matchmaking has been completed, the applicable cancellation and refund conditions apply.

Participants are responsible for:

• Having a suitable device.
• Maintaining a suitable internet connection.
• Having the required game installed and functional.
• Joining the required lobby on time.
• Following all applicable Tournament Rules.
• Providing accurate information.
• Providing accurate payout information.

Participants receive a 10-minute buffer period to join the designated lobby. SyncX is not responsible for problems caused by a participant's personal device, internet connection, game client, or other personal technical issues. If a participant fails to join within the 10-minute period:

• They may be marked as a No-Show.
• No refund will be provided.
• The opponent may be awarded the win in accordance with the applicable Tournament Rules.

Participants must comply with the applicable Tournament Rules. Penalties depend on the nature and severity of a violation. Minor violations may result in a warning; serious or repeated violations may result in disqualification. Cheating or other serious violations may result in immediate disqualification. A participant disqualified for a rule violation will not receive a refund for the affected entry. Where applicable, an affected opponent may receive a rematch per the Tournament Rules.

Providing false, fraudulent, misleading, or intentionally incorrect information may result in account suspension or ban, and no refund for the affected entry.

SyncX may suspend, restrict, or ban an account for reasons including cheating, fraud, abuse, harassment, payment-related issues, serious Tournament Rule violations, or other serious misuse of SyncX services. Entries connected to the relevant violation will not be refundable.

SyncX may modify, reschedule, or cancel an event when necessary due to technical, operational, or participation-related circumstances. Where SyncX cancels an event, participants may receive a 100% refund, or the option to participate in the rescheduled event, as applicable. If an event cannot proceed because there are insufficient participants, SyncX will cancel and provide a 100% refund.

Prize amounts are determined by the specific event's published prize pool. Where applicable, the 1st-place team receives the announced 1st-place prize and the 2nd-place team receives the announced 2nd-place prize. Prize distribution generally occurs within approximately 30 minutes after results are finalized. Payments may be made through UPI or bank transfer. If a prize transfer fails, SyncX may contact the participant using the phone number provided during registration to confirm correct details and retry.

Participants may appeal a tournament decision through a SyncX Discord support ticket, generally within 24 hours of the decision. SyncX may review relevant evidence including screen recordings, match/game records, screenshots, and other relevant information. Screenshots may be supporting evidence and do not necessarily establish a violation on their own.

If a payment is deducted but the registration or slot is not recorded, the participant may contact SyncX through a Discord support ticket or support email and provide the Transaction ID and payment screenshot. SyncX will review and, if the payment is verified as legitimate, may provide the slot or process a refund depending on the circumstances.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India.

SyncX may update these Terms and other policies when necessary. The latest version will be published on the website.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Tournament Rules, and event-specific rules displayed on the relevant event page.
