Match Rules & Regulations

The official tournament rulebook governing every Valorant, BGMI, and Free Fire match on SyncX. Built to guarantee 100% fair competition, anti-cheat enforcement, and transparent prize payouts.

Rulebook Ver.v2026.4.2 Live & Active
SECTION 01

Account Integrity & Player Verification

Mandatory
  • Every participant must be registered with a verified SyncX account authenticated via Discord or Google.
  • Your exact In-Game Name (IGN) and Character ID (UID) provided during registration MUST match your lobby profile 100%. Spelled-differently or altered names are disqualified immediately.
  • Strictly one account per player. Creating multiple SyncX profiles to exploit free entries or bypass bans will result in an immediate permaban across all accounts.
  • Players must be at least Level 30 in BGMI/Free Fire and Level 20 in Valorant to participate in official prize pool tournaments.
  • Team roster changes must be submitted at least 30 minutes before match scheduled start time. Maximum of 2 sub-players per roster.
SECTION 02

Anti-Cheat, Hardware & Fair Play Enforcement

Zero Tolerance
  • Zero tolerance policy for any software modifications, wallhacks, auto-aim, recoil macros, speed hacks, or modified APKs/clients.
  • PC Emulators (BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, Gameloop) are strictly BANNED in BGMI and Free Fire tournaments unless explicitly tagged as an 'Emulator Exhibition' event.
  • Riot Vanguard Anti-Cheat must remain active throughout all Valorant matches. Disabling Vanguard during a live match results in match forfeit.
  • Players using third-party crosshair overlays, FOV changers, or network throttling tools will face immediate disqualification and prize forfeiture.
  • SyncX admins reserve the right to request live screen recordings or POV streams from suspect players before distributing prize payouts.
SECTION 03

Lobby Etiquette, Slot Discipline & Room Credentials

Strict Conduct
  • Room ID and Password are disclosed in your SyncX Dashboard 15 minutes before the match start time.
  • Room credentials are STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. Sharing credentials with unregistered players leads to team disqualification and blacklisting.
  • Players must join their exact assigned slot (e.g. Team Alpha in Slot #1, Team Bravo in Slot #2). Players sitting in incorrect slots will be kicked without warning.
  • Lobbies will start strictly on time. A maximum 5-minute grace period is allowed for technical delays. Unready teams will forfeit their slot.
  • Teaming with enemy squads or sharing enemy location callouts in global chat will result in an immediate permanent ban for all involved teams.
SECTION 04

Payments, Proof Verifications & Payout Policy

Financial Security
  • Paid tournaments require a valid UPI payment submission. Players must submit a clear, unedited payment screenshot with visible UTR / Transaction Ref ID.
  • Falsifying payment proofs, uploading edited screenshots, or reusing previous UTR numbers will cause instant account termination and legal reporting.
  • Prize money payouts are processed directly via UPI within 2 hours of match verification and standings confirmation.
  • Payouts will only be issued to the registered team leader or verified account holder. Prize splits must be managed internally by team captains.
  • If a match is cancelled due to technical SyncX host failures, server downtime, or if matchmaking is delayed without a pair for 4 days (96h), 100% of entry fees are refunded with 0% fee deduction.
  • Paired Match Voluntary Refund: If a team is already paired and requests a refund before the match concludes, a 25% administrative fee is deducted and 75% net entry is refunded.
  • Refund Window & Payout SLA: Self-service refund requests can be submitted within 4 days (96 hours) of ticket creation. Approved refunds are credited to the user's UPI/wallet within 48 hours.
SECTION 05

Match Recording, Proof of Win & Screenshots

Required Proof
  • The winning team captain must capture a full-screen unedited screenshot of the end-game scoreboard showing total kills and final placement.
  • In case of placement disputes, the match host scoreboard and spectator logs serve as the ultimate official source of truth.
  • High-stakes finals (Prize Pool > ₹2,000) require at least one player per team to record their POV gameplay with in-game audio enabled.
  • All dispute claims must be submitted within 15 minutes of match conclusion along with screenshot or video evidence via SyncX Support Tickets.
